Termi Sote is a bitumen emulsion based preserving & waterproofing treatment material for wooden structures particularly suited to the underground section of fence posts. Termi sote is modified with synthetic polymers to improve its flexibility, strength & waterproofing properties & contains proven termite protection deterring agents.
A range of popular colours are available with other colours & colour matching is available on request.
Apply by dip, roll, brush or spray. Apply one liberal coat which will give a good degree of protection. If possible a second coat after the first coat has dried will only enhance protection properties. If a second coat is applied fence posts can be placed into post holes while the Termi Sote is still wet.
Water while wet but after dry or semi dry a strong solvent such as White spirits or auto lacquer tinners will be needed.
